This 5 way is a direct replacement for MK11 and MK12 Power Hammers; however it can be used, with some adaptation, on previous power hammers. This valve is the current valve used in production and while it doesn't have the same track record yet for reliability that the Festo valve does., this valve has already proven itself. It is assembled and validated in our shop and has improvements in speed and flow over valves of previous generations. Your results may vary but we normally expect 240 - 255 beats per minute from the valve at max speed and flow.

This 5 way is a direct replacement for the mk8, mk9 and mk10 Power Hammers; however it can be used, with some adaptation, on previous power hammers. Your results may very, but we normally see between 205 and 210 beats per minute from the valve at max speed and flow.

The goal of these kits are to allow for the refit of an older hammer or a hammer with a damaged air system to be rebuilt to the latest control system.

• Hoses kits - cut over size or in rolls
• Fittings kits - including adapters as needed
• In Options:
• - 5 ways control valve - This will include mounting adapters if possible and fittings for included hoses
• - Mini valve kits - this includes mountings, toggles and slides
• - Foot pedal valve kit
• - Cylinders - including cylinder block and all mounting hardware (Iron and Aluminium cylinders are interchangeable)

The Mini is built of line replaceable components that are directly interchangeable within a given generation of this hammer. Any Part here will work with any 1st generation hammer, even if that part is an upgraded part.
