Small Crown Dies

Great for detail work in small stock or fine details in large stock. Used to great advantage for power hammer detailing. These act like the pein of your hand hammer, you are able to control the movement of metal in any direction. Beveling Dies

These 5" (127mm) sloped surface dies will quickly produce bevelled edges on any size stock. Great for hinges, rails, flinch plates. . . Two different slopes, 1 : 5 and 1 : 3.33, for low sharp or high steep bevels. The Beveling set comes with our standard radius side die for the bottom. You may order the top Beveling die alone here. Knife Forging Dies

These subtle and elegant dies are specifically designed for bladesmithing by leaders in the knifemaking community. These dies are lightly crowned in all direction, facilitating the crisp multidirectional tapering required to form a blade. Three sides have a ¼” radius and one side has a 1/8” radius allowing you to form shoulders. The smith can even offset the dies to set the tang of the knife to one side with an inner fillet. Cupping Dies

These 5" (127mm) long mated curved surface dies will quickly produce cupped rail or other curved shapes. By rotating the work on the long axis you can form larger curved widths. The shape of these dies are CNC machined and then carefully hand dressed by professionals. Bottom die is 2.75" (70mm) wide. Top radius = 1.25" (32mm)

These Full 6" & 10" top bowl dies (with bottom concave die) are the result of 15 years of searching for better ways to forge bowls. Used to cold forge annealed copper brass and steel plate. Action is similar to raising and can produce a variety of curves and sizes. Not of a standard length and width.
